We are thrilled to share some exciting updates about our dining services here at the Fredericton Inn!
As we make progress with our renovations, we’re adjusting the hours of operation for the Regency Restaurant and extending those for the Brass Rail Restaurant.
New Hours of Operation:
•Brass Rail Restaurant: Open seven days a week from 7 AM to 9 PM.
•Regency Restaurant: Open Thursday to Saturday from 4 PM to 9 PM.
We are delighted that the Brass Rail will now be open all day, allowing you to enjoy our delicious offerings from morning until evening with uninterrupted service.
But that’s not all! We’ve also refreshed our menu at the Brass Rail, featuring a broader selection of mouthwatering new flavors alongside many of your favorite dishes. We’re confident that you’ll love the new additions.
To accommodate larger groups, the Regency Restaurant will be available for parties of 10 or more on evenings when it’s not open for regular service. Simply make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance to ensure your group can enjoy a memorable dining experience.
Our lounge will continue to provide food and bar service every night, with hours from 4 PM to 10 PM Sunday to Wednesday, and from 4 PM to 11 PM Thursday to Saturday.
We’re confident that these adjustments will ensure you continue to enjoy excellent in-house dining options throughout our renovation period.
We are very excited about the ongoing renovations at the hotel, particularly the new vision we have for our dining spaces. Once completed, these renovations will merge the Lounge and Regency into a stunning, open-concept establishment, offering you an even more enjoyable and enhanced dining experience.
