Smoking Policy

The Fredericton Inn is a smoke free property. Smoking in Guest rooms will be subject to a $250.00 charge to return the room to its smoke free condition. Patio rooms, Drive up rooms as well as an enclosed courtyard are available for the convenience of guests to go outside to smoke.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome in our standard section (A $25.00 pet charge applies). First level rooms have an access to the interior courtyard which is great for pets. A station with bags and proper disposal is provided for the convenience of our guests traveling with pets.
